The Kerry Sullivan Real Estate company has added a new member as Nicole Fair has joined the team based out of Treasure Cay. A native Bahamian, Nicole recently discovered her passion for real estate and is now living out her dream career as a licensed agent on Treasure Cay. Having spent her childhood exploring Abaco, Nicole is uniquely positioned to service the Treasure Cay market with her extensive knowledge of the area.
Nicole graduated with both a BA in History and an MA in International History from Georgetown University, her concentration of study being Bahamian/Caribbean history. She also holds an MA in Legal Studies from Bristol University and is a certified Drama and ESL instructor. After living in Nassau for the last fifteen years, Nicole now resides in Treasure Cay with her husband Carl and three sons, Callum, Elias & Ethan.
